It has come to our attention that Chris Hutcherson (suspended CEO) of Internet Marketing Gorillas LLC may be making fraudulent corporate resolutions concerning the issuance of stock of said corporation. All AUTHORIZED corporate resolutions must bear Robert J. Henslee signature as well. Mr Henslee is the lawful owner and partner of said concern. Public Notice: is hereby given all corporate the concern will consider resolutions for Internet Marketing Gorillas null and void without Mr. Henslee's signature. Mr Hutcherson is not authorized execute any documents at this time on behalf of the concern.
The Chairman of the Board terminated Chris Hutcherson position as CEO on 07/09/2008 and the majority of shareholders after running off with the company's corporate operating account in excess of half million dollars, additional SEC violations and damaging the concern and investors. Chris Hutcherson is hereby removed as a member of Internet Marketing Gorillas LLC in accordance with several sections specifically in accordance to section 13 of the operating agreement. Partners are very suspicious of criminal intent and requesting all law enforcement agencies investigate this matter.
After The President of the concern found out about the unauthorized spending and control of the operating accounts Mr: Hutcherson was challenged about the missing operating accounts. He responded by filing a stalking court order via legal aid of Utah thus preventing the concern to conduct business with him. On one occasion, an employee demanded to be paid. Mr Hutcherson responded by contacting Utah police claiming the stalking court order was violated clearly a criminal use of the stalking law other than which intended. A complaint has been filed with the Utah State Attorneys Office.
To date Chris Hutcherson has refused to provide accounting of funds to the President, Chief Technical Officer and Chairman of the Board and Chief Finical Officer of the concern. Chris reports via David Meyer's no operating funds are left for the company and investors have not verified that any monies returned. If you have investments in this concern via Chris Hutcherson you must contact Mr. Henslee immediately to protect your investment. If you know of any person or persons who has invested, please forward this document to them as well. If you think you can help us in these efforts please contact us immediately.
Legal counsel for the concern will be acquired soon and ALL investors MUST make certain Mr. Henslee (president) has ALL your contact information to secure your investment. More information will be communicated about our legal counsel in the near future.
IF YOUR A LAW FIRM THAT HAS EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TYPE OF CHALLENGE PLEASE CONTACT THIS CONCERN ASAP !!
If you have done business or a contract with Chris Hutcherson you must make sure we have your information. Every effort will be made by the President of the concern to protect your investments and your help is badly needed. We are asking you NOT to communicate with Chris and do business with him in any manner at this time. Please reply to this email with your contact information and documents as well as your investment or contract amount. Chris Hutcherson refuses to provide us with any documentation of your investment at this time and continues to hold the concern hostage.
Chris hired persons (unauthorized) who have a conflict interest with the concern. If you have an employment contract or a and its NOT signed by Mr: Henslee chances are you don't have a valid contract with the concern ... and may be guilty of being helping Chris Hutcherson in embezzlement of funds and possible security fraud..
Mr Hutcherson seems to fraudulently falsified the Division of Corporation records on the state of Utah's records division in what appears to be for financial gain in an attempt to steal the concern from their legal owners and investors.
Public notice is hereby given that all idea's concepts are the intellectual property of the concern/partners (both of them) of Internet Marketing Gorillas LLC and Chris Hutcherson has not the authority to use them without the proper approvals of the concern.
Many contractors and employees are NOT paid to date and need to be paid !
Additionally David Meyer is NOT the legal authorized counsel for Internet Marketing Gorillas. All documents generated by these persons are considered null and void by the concern at this time. The board will acquire legal counsel for the concern and notify you.
Furthermore, all contract agreements signed by Chris Hutcherson after this date will also be considered null and void without proper authorization and will NOT be honored by the concern.
Lastly, criminal complaints (racketeering, embezzlement, bank robbery, security fraud, forgery, falsification of state documents) have been filed with the FBI, SEC, local authorities and Utah State Attornies Office.
In closing all corresponderances with this concern should be sent to his corcern.

Chris Hutherson has always dealt with me honestly and abive board. Robert was paid for work never completed and the illegally apointted himself to all the officer position in teh corporation which by itself you can not do but he did anyway.
Robert has many problems least of all is he stil to thsi day con not product the AUBBM that he claims is at the bottom of the whole thing.
All I know before you take anything of value from Robert you check him out first

Thank you for taking the time to make your rebuttal to this report.
As an ex-employee it would seem that you may not have been privy to the entire situation that came to pass between Robert Henslee and Chris Hutcherson.
While it is possible that Chris dealt with you in the manner you claim, it is also likely that you were not aware of the full extent of Chris Hutcherson's actions against Robert Henslee.
So, while it is admirable that you would want people who read this report to know that Mr Hutcherson has someone who could stand up and say, 'Hey, he was always nice to me...' let's not overlook the very strong factual reality - that Mr Hutcherson's actions against Mr Henslee have caused immeasurable distress, loss, hurt, and pain, not the least of which involved Mr Henslee facing near-loss of his home through foreclosure, repossession of his car, loss of power and water to his home, amongst other very stressful events.
The matter continues to be investigated and all law enforcement agencies are being notified.
