WHITE SETTLEMENT, TexasI was originally promised that I could take my wife on a vacation to upstate NY to visit family, also for a vacation in Hawaii. The membership packet specifically prohibits either one.
I sent a letter immediately (within 30 days) requesting a refund. This all happened around June/08. It is now Nov/08, I have been calling every month to follow up on the promised refund. It does not exist at this moment.
This company needs to be put out of business.
