Enning, South DakotaMy debit card fraud unit called today about someone trying twice to get $100 from CCBill.com. I asked if the business was similar to Paypal and the lady trying to help me said, 'Yes - only much less secure.'
I believe that an employee from CCBill tried to use my information to get the $100. I'll only use Paypal from now on.
