san jose, CaliforniaWe bought a wire stripper machine from these people after we asked deatild information about teh performance of the machine realtive to our application. They upsold us to their deluxe model after assuring us the deluxe model would work great for our application.
Suffice tyo say it did not work. We sent it back 6 months ago and have been getting nothing but Lip service from these people. We have no idea where our machine is and they have stopped all coreespondence with us - MAJOR RIP OFF.
