Conshohocken, PennsylvaniaThis ebay user's fraudulent activity has been well-documented on this website. I won't go into all of the details- do a search on 'jenny lee' if you aren't sure. But what I wanted to do was request that anyone who has been scammed by this person and was able to successfully win the claim filed by Jenny Lee through paypal or who knows any contact information for this person write a rebuttal to this posting and let me and all the other victims know.
Basically I'm like everyone else who posted on this site-I sold a gift card to Jenny Lee, then 6 weeks later 'she' filed a claim with paypal saying that she never received the card (and during this time period she had cancelled her ebay account). I lost the claim and was forced to refund the money. It was not until after this that I found this site and realized that it was obviously a scam (as I had assumed) and a number of other people had been taken too.
So like I said, please leave any helpful information you have here. I will be appealing the paypal decision and citing all the reports on this site as evidence. I also plan to continually attempt to contact the buyer. I'll update this posting with any progress I make. Thanks.
