IowaI also am a victim of Hydroreactors, I had emailed Ray Benefield numerous times and had placed my order on July 30th, 2008. I never received any product and when I emailed to ask the status of the order, I was told that they were waiting for the hydroblocs to arrive. I later cancelled my order and requested a refund. they acknowledged my request for the refund but said it would be in their standard processing time, that was Sept 10th by Ray Benefield.
Then in Oct., and Ashley emailed my stating that my order was ready to be shipped but they needed to confirm my address, I return emailed her and AGAIN stated that I had cancelled my order and that I was awaiting my refund. NO REFUND...NO ACTION.....
on Nov.12th, I emailed Ray and indicated that if the refund was not sent to my credit card company then I would start contacting the Better Business Bureau and my attorney to recover my money. NO REPLY...On Nov. 20th, I emailed Ashley and told her the exact same thing.....NOTHING YET !
