Shelbyville, Kentuckyspecial ordered a sectional couch costing 10,000. When the couch came it, I called company stating that if you sit down where the section hook together you feel the frame through the cushions. The delivery person stated the couch was made to sit on between each section, and was not meant for for laying on!! I turned in a compaint, they said they would sent out a non related company to check the sectional. Couch was delivered in Feb 2008. Compaint made the day after it was delivered.
They sent out a furniture restoration store rep from Louisville, KY who told me he couldn't believe how the couch was made. 8 weeks later after making numerous calls to Arhaus furniture waiting for someone call me back about the report. Recieved a call from a rep telling me there was nothing they could do. I suggested if they could change the depth of the bottom cushion that should eliminate the problem. They stated that I have recieved the thickest cushions they made for that particulair couch and there was nothing they could do!!
This the third couch I have bought from them without problems. All I want it to be able to lay on the couch with wood sticking in your back........
