arlington, TexasBought the 'free' trial of Total Cleanse. Wrote down the confirmation number and read a few of the fine prints. After I had already placed the order, I THEN looked up reviews of this product. Luckily, this site came up, and I started feeling sick. I ordered it at 4:00 pm, made a mad dash to the bank and closed my current debit card (which I put the order on) and recieved a temporary one until a new one arrived (in 7-10 business days) by 4:30 pm. I had them look up all the transactions on my card. Only the $5.95 showed up. I asked them and they said that with the card being rendered inactive now, NO charges should be coming through.
Hopefully I have caught it in time so I am only out 6 bucks. They told me to come back up there in a few days to make sure nothing is out of the ordinary, and if so I can dispute and have my money refunded via the bank. Wish me luck and I hope anyone catches this before a large sum of money is missing out of their account.
