Pinconning, MichiganI had my oil changed at a Quicky Pennzoil Store at which the salesman gave me a card and told me after my third oil change to send in the card and receipts and I would recieve a free oil change rebate check. Well I did exactly this and received my certificate only to have it dated 01/23/2008 which was the wrong date....it should have been dated 08/23/2008. Under the date was a note stating:Void if not cashed 180 days from above date hence was 01/23/2008 making it void when u received it. Thinking that they may still honor this (when i showed my receipts to prove actual date on what i thought would be my FREE oil change) i gave it to salesman only to be told that it was VOID and that several other customers had the same problems.It is obvious that Pennzoil started this program and did not honor it.
