Houston, TexasHello I am writing this because I have been scammed by Robert A Mansker KE5FTF that lives at 114 Ethel Cir Apt 25, Ocean Springs MS 39564. This man was to send me 3 Kenwood HF Radios. I have sent him $ 3,240.00 Cashiers Check. 2 Months Ago and have not received the radios or my money back. I have e-mailed him for a refund several times. But he refuses to send it back. I am 72 years Old an live on a fixed income. I had buyers for two of the radios. I have lost all i had. I have been robbed by this man. I talked to law enforcement. And I am going to try and get him for fraud. But they said if the DA dose not take it up I will have to sue him and put a lean on what he owns.
Robert I have the copy of the check Where it cleared you bank and your name and DL number on it. I was told by him
That I can't do anything because im not a ham. And cussed me out on the phone And said im not getting S*** And for me to get over it. If you have any kind of heart
You will refund my money. This is to anyone that has dealings with this crook.
Beware he will screw you. I'm not allowed to post on QTH because im not a ham. I am in hopes someone will post this for me on that web site. People needs to know about this. There is No telling who eyels On QTH or eyels where has been robbed by this Crook.
Robert if you send my money back I will drop it. But if not I will be filing charges of some sort againsed you. I expect my money in the mail today. I no Longer want the radios. They are most likely junk. I'm giving you 2 weeks to get My money back. Or ill try my best to put you in jail. Also if anyone wants too report on this person post it here !!! We can stop this man from robbing other people
