los angeles, CaliforniaI got my car repossessed from this company and I got my car back within a week but not in the same condition it was taken.
I told the guy who was towing my car that he was scratching and denting my bumper but he said it's going to turn back to normal, which it didn't when I got the car back.
They scratched my front bumper and tore a piece of my back bumper because he didn't know how to two a car obviously. They also spilled coffee in my car, they drained my full tank of gas by driving my car over 200 miles, which I know they drove it because they even store the locations they've been into my navigation. They also took my owner's manuels and Mr. King and the assoicates assure that they would mail it to me but never have over a month and a half.
I have been calling the claims their mother company, ARS Inc. over a month and a half but was never able to talk to any live representative.
Its just very frustrating that I cannot do anything but makes these calls which does not go anywhere. I just hope anyone out there doesn't have to go through with this.
