I started using Lunarpages about a year ago for hosting some of my clients. Although their techs are not competent, this is not what I am complaining about.

I have referred a number of clients to them for hosting. I am supposed to receive a $65 dollar check for each client that signs up.

I have never received a single check from them; (of course I stopped referring clients to them after a while, but I am owed about $200)

What is even more annoying is the fact that I have tried to contact their affiliate division at least 5 times both via email, and by leaving a voicemail, since no one ever picks up the phone there. No one has ever gotten back to me.

I finally called their sales team, the only people who actually answer the phone. I could not even finish explaining to them that I haven't received affiliate checks. I was told, the only thing I can do is transfer you to the affiliate division, (which is a mailbox that never gets answered.) This is simply unacceptable.

Please steer clear of these scammers.
