I joined LA Weight Loss in Durham in April 2008. 6 month program $500.00. I found out I was Pregnant in May 2008. (only saw counselor's three times). They told me they could not 'refund' my program cost, but that they would place a 'HOLD' on my contract and would 're-activate' it once I had the baby. My baby is due in January 2009... So yesterday I called the office to tell them that I would like to start back in Jan. 2009- to find the number disconnected. I then went to the office off 15-501 to find it vacant and a note in the window to contact the offices in Raleigh or Cary. I called those numbers, one is disconnected and the other has a voice mail... that is full and not able to leave messages. Then I went to the website... to find that there is NO LA WEIGHTLOSS IN THE TRIANGLE AREA! I then called the Customer Service Franchise Number and have left a number of messages... with no RETURN Call!
