I worked for Charles Johnson @ gtisupport.com for the past month. After begging and pleding with everyone at GTI Support I was able to get only a partial week's pay. Four weeks have passed and no further pay. Of course when I first got hired by GTI, I had to sign a 45 day commitment with the company. Now that I have quit my employment with the GTI, Mr. Johnson has referred me to his legal department to get what is owed to me because I am in breach of contract. Even though part of being employed by any company, a contract is place stating compensation with be rendered for work preformed.
During my employment with GTI Support, I worked almost 50% of my time outside my footprint and was told I would be compensated for my time and milage. But when I asked for the amount or rate I would be compensated, I never received an answer from anyone at GTI.
I believe that anyone who has been offered or is thinking about working for Charles Johnson or GTI Support need to be warned about how I was treated by this company. I am guessing that not all his employees have been treated this bad, but at the same time, I know I am not the first to be not paid.
If you are a Ex employee of this company, with the same issues, know you have rights and can do what I did. First, notify you local Department of Labor or Workforce Solutions about your situation. Most of the time, they have their own ratings on companys. Second, the Department of Labor or Workforce Solutions can help get your wages within a timely manner. Lastly, get online and let others know what has happend to you. Maybe if I would have done better research, I would not be in this situation where I am waiting to be paid.
Last but not least, I would never recommend anyone to take a job from Charles Johnson or GTI Support.

Seems that it appears Charles Johnson himself is logging in as another user and trying to make himself sound good. Funny how someone from his own town is the only one talking good about him. Also it is very interesting that the same person that ran GTI Support is now running WTC Support and both companies where bought by HMJI (A Helen Marie JOHNSON Company). Sounds like someone needs to put a stop to this non truthful "businessman"!

I know Charles Johnson. If you didn't get paid it's either because you didn't earn your money, your work was slipshod, or you got caught trying to cheat a brother. charles johnson takes care of his business and is a reputable businessman. I have worked with him for over a year and was paid every cent I was owed.

Please contact gtisupportvictim@gmail.com to share your story, and possibly get your money - have open complaint with police on him and need your assistance in getting them to move. The more details you give, the better chance we have of protecting the next person from him.
He has been doing this for years, in his own words. Please help put a stop to him. We are out thousands of dollars because of him.

Excellent summary of how this business operates Dallas! Do not be intimidated by their scam of threatening with a lawsuit. Keep all documentation of work you have done, and do not be afraid to stand up for yourself. I feel strongly that if there are a few of us who make our claims online, that there are others (maybe quite a few) who have squelched their claims out of fear. I think it is very ironic, that you and I went through pretty much the exact same experience. My only difference is that I was well outside of my 45 day period.
Dont be afraid of this guy or his threats. If anyone is in the same situation, make your situation known. Since I began researching this dude, I have seen too many people fire off a few blogs and never post again. Why not follow through get this situation handled.
