We deposited the check into an account where they can't get any information we will wait for 10 working business days to see if the check clears. Already know that it is a rip off. The most we will lose is 10.00 for a returned check.

You receive a check for apparently no reason...from another country, no less.
And you want to know if it's a scam?
No wonder these scammers keep sending stuff out...
