On 3/26/05 I placed an order for medication with 01RX.com. It says on their website that someone will contact you by phone and then the order will be sent to you by FedEx. It also says your credit card won't be charged until the order is shipped.
On 3/28/05 my credit card was charged $158.00. I hadn't heard from anyone. When I looked up status of my order, it said (and still does) "Not Processed" and gives a doctor's name and phone number, which I called and is obviously a fake number because it doesn't go through.
By now, I know I've been scammed and I'm so angry. There's no phone number on the website. I have emailed them a dozen times with no response. I'm going to continue to email just to bother them.
I have already filled out a fraud report at my bank and hopefully I'll get my money back but I'm not holding my breath. I don't want anyone else to lose their money to these scumbags!

on 4/29/05 i ordered from 01rx, for 2 weeks the order was listed 'not processed', on 5/5/05 my credit card was charged 206.98. Since then the order said it had been shipped. now it is 5/15/05. I have emailed at least 40 times with no response back.. i am wondering what may expedite the process of contacting them and letting them know that theyre not going to get away with this?

After giving up hope of receiving my order and/or refund, I finally did receive my order on 4/13/05.
On 4/21/05 a representative from 01RX.com called me to apologize for the long delay and no response to my emails.
