I purchased a hot tub (LG Ambassador) from Legion Global/LG/Globaltrailer. This tub arrived damaged, and every working part broke within a few months. The light covers fell off, the LED light bulbs all fell out, all the pumps quit, and the electrical shorted out so it would not shut off without being unplugged. They tell me they have nothing to do with this product and that 02 spas/02Sports has the warranty. 02 Spas/02 Sports would not return messages, emails, or faxes. Now all the phones are disconnected and the web site is gone. I am out $3900. Do not deal with either of these companies!!!
