Good evening,

I had placed an order on 2/10/10 and I spoke with a customer service representative. The service was great! However, this feedback, is not to praise your services or your company. I am actually so disgusted with the way my order was taken care of and will never, EVER use your services in the future for ANY occasion. As a matter of fact, you will find a copy of this complaint on every online consumer reporting agency that I can possibly think of. That is how strongly I feel about my situation and the way your staff handled my complaints. Now here is what happened. I had placed an order for "Abundant Love Bundle (#17990ABNDL) which consists of 12 long stem roses in a red vase, chocolates, a bear, and a card. I also placed an additional order for ROSE ELEGANCE(TM) PREMIUM RED ROSES - 24 STEMS (#1122RD). My recipient only received 12 long stem roses in a vase. Where did the rest of the order go? Why wasn't it delivered with the the rest of everything else? Here is the kicker to this all. I had to find out that you guys messed up my Valentines Day Gift, from the recipient herself! I asked her if she got the other 24 roses, bear and chocolates, and she told me no. I immediately called your 1-800-FLOWERS, and your staff offered to deliver the rest of the order the next day.

This is unacceptable because the delivery was sent to her place of business, and she doesn't work on Saturdays OR Sundays. So I asked the service rep to use a little common sense because the delivery man would not be able to deliver it to that address. So know I got this supervisor on the line by the name of Betsy, and she told me she could have something delivered to me that night that I called. I asked her if she can guarantee me delivery by 6pm, and she told me yes. She said she would call me back after speaking with the local florists. She called back, to confirm what was going to be delivered, and then promised to call me back later for the address. This supervisor (and I use that term lightly, VERY VERY LIGHTLY) never called to get the address, so needless to say, I didn't get the rest of my order sent to my house. I called back and I told them to cancel the entire order and refund the money back to my credit card. I expect to see ALL the charges refunded back to my account no later than Feb, 22, 2010. Which is MORE than enough time given for the 3-5 business days given by the banks. If I do not see every cent I spent on this order refunded, I will personally see one of your representatives in small claims court. Thanks for destroying my Valentines Day gift for my special someone.
