1-800-petmeds never shipped but took my money Internet

I placed an order I used pay pal to make the payment it was procced imedietly and I was charged. I recieved an email stating that my order was completed or "order comfermation" then a 2nd email thanking me for my order with a coupon fo another porder. I paid for priority shipping (3-5 days) I called after 9 days and was told it was never shipped becouse I moved they refused to send to my new address however they did not refuse to take my money or send me an email saying they sent it my poor dogs went 9 days without meds thibking ewach day they would arive!  I have recieved several items from other companies sence the move all paid for with pay pay (they have my new address) and no issues why would I get an email saying order was complete and thanking me and another saying payment made yet never get a call or email saying it was not sent/ why would they trake my money and not ship it? After all this time I now have to wait to get my money back from aomething they never sent and never intended too for NO REASON! every adult has moved at some piont in life I changed my address with the post office and with paypal yet petmeds will not ship to me? I think iut was just an excuse I have no issues with ANYONE but them.
