1 stop e arcade Said they were going out of business and wanted to refund my money. Mossouri?

Back in February of 2013.  I was called and notified that my internet was slow because it was infected.   After giving them access to my computer, they supposedly uninfected it.  I was asked if I wished to purchase their program for $199.  I did.  I had much faster service for all of 2013.  However, in late December...I tried to download a newer version of Defraggler and that's when the problems began.

A company called systech, was suddenly present on my machine.  I was unable to download and the machine was slower.  I finally called systech.  They apologized and removed their programming.  Then I noticed that Iobit was saying that my trial membership was over.  However, I had not signed up for Iobit. 

I friend who is a computer expert, suggest that my ethernet was corrupted.  I had planned to go to a computer store that I trust and ask them to look over my machine and help me out.  

Today 3/12/14.  1stopearcade...or someone pretending to be them, called me and said they were going out of business.  They said they were going to return my money and asked for my credit card info.  I happen to have a card that I know would not allow a charge over $200.  So I gave them that card.  Sure enough, the cc company called me to tell me that 2 charge attempts had been made.  One for $365 and a 2nd for $265.  The man on the phone...never called me back.  

I will continue to use the defraggler and meanwhile take my computer down to the store and have the man there clean out any extra stuff and sell me a good virus protector.
