     Our problem started a few months ago when we get invoice from  1 and 1 and they charged our Credit card and Paypal and after while they send invoice again for same domains.

     After reviewing invoices , we email and them, and they promise to check it out, but after while not only they not respond, we get another invoices again.'s customer service rep advised us that they are going to check it out and back to us, but we never get any email to respond , also they blocked our account and our websites and domains were down for couple days and they damage our business.
We called them, they ask to pay it , then we will remove block also we will check invoices and back to you for Double billing, they charge my CC, and then after couple weeks, they are not only respond for double billing, they send another invoice.

     Any time we call and we explained our problem with the invoices, and they just generate invoice and ask to pay and charge our CC and paypal. 
and they block our account and ask to pay more full amount of $4600.00 to remove block otherwise , they are going to send to collection,
Any time, we call , rep say, this is come from billing department and they are close, and rep told me , they will call you later.
No one call and still request money.
      We were sent numerous threatening emails that they would process this through collections if we didn't pay, so to keep this from our credit report we had our bank draft them a check.  This action seemed to calm the waters until the other day we received 2 collection letters one for 3 months billing.
