12 Daily Pro stole money and ran biggest ripoff Charlotte North Carolina

I live in Atlantic City a block away from Bally's Casino. I work on the boardwalk pushing the rolling chairs. I know the look on a persons face after they've walked out after being raped by the tables. I also know what it feels like to loose my own cash.

In my opinion HYIP's are simply another form of gambling. If I walk up to the Craps table and notice a hot shooter, a guy on a really nice roll. 20 minutes and still going. I reach into my wallet I bet the 6,8 $36 bucks each. The guy picks up those dice, I smile visibly because he's the hot shooter, inside I know better. Sure enough my fear is realized as he immediatly sevens out loosing me my 72 bucks. Should I walk over there and punch him out. Would I be justified ?

I know its not fully the same thing as 12daily pro. But in many ways it is. Supposedly this company ran hot for 9 months never missing a payment. I'm sure a prudent investor or two came out of that situation in the plus despite their recent losses. 9 months of outragous returns on your money. 9 months of "sticken it to the man". Suddenly the bubble burst. I think the problem is people didn't plan for it.

Is it stormpays fault ? YES ! Is it 12 daily pro's ? YES as well. I believe both comapnies have engaged in at least some deception. Its only natural, and to be expected. People are trying to cover their asses. Patrons who have been treated well by Stormpay, insist Stormpay is reputable. They Ignore the possibility that Stormpay might mistreat other accounts. Just not thier accounts.

12daily pro will be back in some form or another. 9 months is a hell of a roll. I've seen people walk up to the craps table and loose a few thousand in a half hour. They would have loved to have their shot on 12daily.

I think we all know better when we get involved with these types of companies. Deep down we know that sooner or latter something is gonna give. We just hope its later.

It doesn't mean that companies should take peoples money and run, I only felt compelled to write this when i heard they hadn't missed a payment in 9 months. I think thats enough time to establish "good intent" at what they were trying to do, and were doing until all hell broke loose.

This might be a crude and dark time for HYIP's but I beleive they have a bright future. Just my opinion.

If you go back to the link I gave you yesterday, you'll see that 12DP was making virtually nothing from outside sources, despite lying to us all about its revenue!

So I stated that StormPay sent my $5.49 back to 12DP, and that luckily for me, I didn't have much money in 12DP anyway!

How the hell does that make me a fraud?

There was a reason why only $5.49 was taken, because that's all there was in on that particular day! The day before I had transferred close to $22,000 - an average for each month of incoming monies into my StormPay account! Thankfully StormPay didn't do their 'chargebacks' just 4 hours sooner, or I'd have lost that $22grand!
But hey, I'm not grumbling, others lost 100's of thousands of $$$ in 12DP.

On the forum it states that she'll put any new information on her new blog site, but after visiting that site earlier today, there's nothing up there except an excuse by her as to why she can't put any comments on the site yet.

I'm pretty sure it's only a matter of time before some of you question how I've made my millions, so let me spare you the wasted efforts of your key-strokes:

1) I've been selling items on ebay, StormPay and other auction sites, for over 8 years. True, it's hard to sell items on those kind of sites, but you'd be amazed at what people will buy, and how quickly those small sales mount up!

2) I've been using the autosurf sites to make money for the last 3 years, and am still successfully using all that I am involved with other than 12DailyPro! 12DP is the ONLY site that has folded and yet doesn't have the decency to admit it. Other sites that have folded have either run off with the money or folded before paying out members, but have at least posted some kind of warning. 12DP did NOTHING!

3) My largest operation is a worldwide language service, operating in 19 countries, started from scratch just 5 years ago in a small office in Japan. This company is what makes me most of my money, including the sale last year of a small attachment - also in Japan - which I happily sold for over $800,000 CASH! (What a day that was having it escorted to the bank!)

4) My small graphics design business is slowly but surely gaining recognition and sales are improving. My hope is that this business will, within the next 3-5 years, outperform my language business, allowing me to sell off the language company and concentrate on my graphics design one. (This is my true passion).

5) I decided to try one of those home-based health companies that people like you and Jill just can't help but rip to pieces! Now while I'm not getting rich off that particular company (although I'm rich anyway), I make plenty of money from it and love using the products!

So you see Carl, (and Jill and anyone else who thinks they're the bees-knees), application of one's resources, strengths and knowledge is what it's all about.

You state: "Make 12% daily surfing internet on invested monies" You obviuosly didn't take the time to read what the program is really about. If you had, you would know that it's not an investment. It also sounds as if you're reading half stories about Ponzi schemes.

I joined 12 Daily Pro a day before they had their accounts frozen by Stormpay.

Before I joined, I searched the internet for information about 12DP and found nothing but praises. I did however, find a negative comment on Ripoff Report about Stormpay. Against my better judgemnet, I joined and sent Stormpay money. The next day they froze the accounts of several autosurf programs. Seeing the money had not cleared my bank, I sent them a "ticket" to cancel the withdrawal. They took the money anyway the following day. After several attempts to log onto their site, I was fiannly able to do so and requested to have the remaining money placed back in my bank account. The withdrawal request stayed pending for TWO weeks. I even filed a complaint through their own system and it stayed "opened" for two weeks. I never received any correspondence from stormpay. I finally just had my bank do a chargeback and since then, my "account" has been suspended.

It is my opinion that Stormpay is the culprit and not 12DP. I'm far from anyone brainwashed. Nor have I gained anything from anyone else. I knew prior to putting money in that it could very well be lost and the only one to blame would be myself.

Playing autosurfs can be very risky. If you play with ten ... only seven may pay out.

If you've taken the time to read this far ... My advice to you is to slow down, take it all in and then make a educated decision based on what works best for you. Diversify.

They don't respond to emails, I can't get into the forum anymore, and 12DP has failed to provide anyone with an adequate money processor, despite being approached by Neteller, Moneybookers, AlertPay (who say they will take ANY business) and various others.

Charis Johnson is a scam artist and has a list of convictions for similar offences.
She once even claimed that she fired all her staff to save money to pay everyone, but then the next day posted messages on 12DP's site stating that her staff were working hard to process payments!

She has made no attempt to pay anyone as far as I can tell. A few have received payments via EMO, but people who invested with her business abroad, cannot use EMO, hence they lost millions!

And what about the convention? Charis Johnson cancelled it just THREE days beforehand, stating that she feared 'riots, terrorism and media reprisals'. Very good Johnson, set up a convention that you had no intention of doing in the first place, just to make people really think that you're legit!

Any of you suckers that truly believe you'll see your money again are truly brainwashed. If you're stupid enough to believe the lies of 12DP and blame StormPay for the corruption of 12DP, then you deserve to lose your hard-earned cash!

I'm betting StormPay will still be in business years from now, while hopefully, Charis Johnson will be scrubbing toilet floors behind bars!

Your allegations have no basis whatsoever.
Do you know that 12dailypro has not missed a payment since its iception middle of last year?

And it is precisely because of that that the program grew very fast and has a membership base of more than 300,000.

I believe you are one of those who violated the rules and got ticked off by Miss Johnson for perhaps having multiple accounts.

I have no clue what this post/message was supposed to convey but I'll take a guess and assume Mark is blaming 12 Daily Pro alone and not Stormpay (where molesting kids came from is anyones guess, I'm still confused about that comment).

Mark you need to provide facts with your accusations, Anyone can point fingers...I can say stormpay is a scam but unlike you I HAVE the facts to prove it (just ask), all you've provided is hear say and rubbish, nothing concrete whatsoever (They should have never been allowed to be posted without proof in my opinion)....all you have to do is look at Stormpays fan club right here on ripoffreport.com. and you'll see all the proof you need, I think in the long run you'll see stormpay as the real scam artist here; you may never have enough guts to admit you were wrong but you are.

Because NO ONE puts this much effort into slamming a company without a reason and since my experiences with 12DP have been nothing but 100% positive I have come to the conclusion that you obviously are one of the cheaters that got caught with multiple accounts, and if so YOU are the true thief/liar...first of all 12DP is not a ponzi...In a true ponzi only the top people get paid, some middle investors will also be paid to entice new investors and the shlubs at the bottom (me) do not get paid then it collapses and thousands lose money not just you!, and it certainly does not continue to operate and update members... if you did your homework like any intelligent person would do you'd see that stormpay is the reason behind all 12DP woes ...anyone who did not recieve payouts are either cheats or were too ignorant to set up the payout processor correctly...which were you?
