This business is VERY unprofessional in all aspects of its services! Customer service. Delivery. Warranty Promise etc. Purchased a Whirlpool Gold Side Stainless Steel French Door Refridgerator. Paid in full 748.99, plus delivery charge 59.99. on 3-23-12. from 1/2 Mattress & Appliance..salesperson Kristen. On the day of the delivery, we were moving into my new home and had lots going on. I had informed them not to damage the door and to make sure the door was ok before they left. There was a guy and a girl. The guy had informed me that everything was ok. They left and I noticed the bottom of the door had been damaged where they didnt put down a cloth to protect the doorway and the sides of the doorway were scraped where they tried to fit it thru and did not take off the door as they should have. I then called the store. They informed me, there was nothing they could do, that I signed the delivery slip.

 A week later the refridgerator started leaking out water from the bottom of the freezer and was not freezing correctly. We had to make sure the freezer was turned all the way to high. I then called the store again. They informed me that as long as it was freezing and was getting cold, they would not do anything about it. They only gaurantee it gets cold and freezes! 2 more weeks went by and ice kept building and building in the bottom of the freezer and water kept leaking out from the bottom and ruined my kitchen floor. Finally the refridgerator completely stopped working all together and I called them back again. they informed me this time that they were not responsible for repairing it. And told me that they did not write the 90 day promised warranty on my receipt so they do not have to honor it! When I bought it, I was told that they give a 90 day warrenty on all of the products. I did receive a paper that came with my saying it came with a 30 day warranty, but they did not honor that either when I called the first time Now Im out $800, repairs done to my front door and my kitchen floor and the cost of a new refridgerator and Im certainly not a happy customer.
