123 GoSell Do not trust this company. Their word is meaningless. I have dealt with them on a number of occasions. I cant even be specific. Every word out of their mouth are lies. Internet

Do not trust 123gosell. They bait switch on pricing. They lie about their capabilities. They have no honor. They previously were referred business by DOBA. DOBA will no longer refer business to them either.

I am a new customer at 123GoSell.com and have encountered nothing but a professional experience as I began working with them. I researched and tested 8 different ecommerce solution providers over the past 3 months, all with the same objective - integration with Doba for product sourcing and fulfillment (Doba referred me to them as well as to others). While there are others who provide similar capabilities, 123GoSell is the only one I found offering Magento integration that is straight-forward and immediately effective. The one comment that the poster had is correct, they did bait-and-switch. My trial period was suppose to be 14 days, when I asked, they left it up for 21. They also charged me $100 less on the setup fee and installed a premium template I bought elsewhere for free (normally a $100 fee).
The employee's rebuttal is exactly what I would expect from this company - they work hard to keep their customers.

Seriously, am I the only person who sees the misinformation being presented by the "manager" of this "trustworthy" .com business? Here is some quotations within the rebuttal given by this "manager of customer relations" read between the lines, and tell me this isn't fishy. "1) However, we have over 3400 satisfied customers that are happy with
the quality of service we provide and our low cost packages." and in the exact same rebuttal, "Lastly we have never had a client by the name of "Sarah" COME ON!?!?!?!?! think for yourself.. I personally find this amusing.

Hello consumer,
I Tim (Customer Relations Manager) at 123Gosell would like to Rebut this report.
The complaint is that 123Gosell should not be trusted;
1) However, we have over 3400 satisfied customers that are happy with the quality of service we provide and our low cost packages.
2) We do not bait switch on pricing; but we offer clients discounts on software add-on if they are going to take more than one...which we think is fairly industry standard.
3) We do not lie on our software capabilities; Our software truelly help users import up to 10,000 products to our shopping cart within a few minutes so clients don't need to cut and paster product information.
4) We are still currently providing the deepest integration into Doba dropshippers and are listed at the top of their partner page; (verified) http://www.doba.com/about-partners/shopping-carts-and-builders.html
Lately we have been the only company awarded by Doba to integrate with SMB platform; allowing clients to import up to 1.5 million products to sell on their stores.
Lastly we have never had a client by the name of "Sarah", and although i think this was done deliberately i would like to reach out to resolve this misunderstand with this client/ex-client if they can just contact me here: support (at) 123gosell.com
