I been having probelms with my chatroom with things not working and they offred to give me a 2nd lic for free for the trobles i been with them. and after that they have ignored me and not answered any of my emails or phone calls. and my chatroom has been hacked a few times and things stoped working or not showing up. and i have about 10 differtn pending support tickets open and none of them have been replyed too for about 2 months and i have 1 year of support left.
