The company website displays synthetic twist hair as the brand from Eon. I ordered 3 packs of the Eon spring twist hair. I never recieved a tracking number as promised on the website. I received Kadi spring twist hair. A product I am unfamiliar with. The site states all sales are final purchase. The whole process was shoddy from the start. Lesson learned.
