Back in April, I had ordered early, my Mother's flowers for Mother's Day (W004554127216618).  I then later ordered a bouquet for my daughter, as my beloved Granddaughter of 4, had no money and wanted to make her mommy happy; so, I purchased the flowers for her mom for her.  (W00465213148848)

Mother's Day came and my 75 year old mother called me and thanked me for her flowers.  I the asked my daughter if she had even received her surprise yet and she said no.  She stayed at home all day and did not get the delivery till 8pm.

My daughter posted a picture of her flowers on Facebook and I was floored and then in tears.  The bouquet in no way looked like what was advertised.  It had a lot of foliage, baby's breath and maybe 3 peach roses.  Not at all like the image.  Not even acceptable.

I then called my mother and asked her to send me a photo of her flowers.  Not even close.  They were however, very soft and beautiful, although not at all like what I wanted, nor large, as I had paid for.

i only complained on the delivery for my daughter, or only demanded a replacement.  I was told she would receive a replacement on the 7th of May.  She remained home again.  No delivery.  I submitted feedback.  I was later contacted and was told how very sorry...blah blah blah....keep in mind the first time I was in tears over the entire event and told how they hated the thought of me crying.  Sympathy gone array.  They don't care.  Programmed compassion.  So, when I was contacted again, I was told they were sending out a replacement. It was to arrive today.  No flowers came.

I wasted time and called them.  Got a guy named Michael, who again professed such utter sympathy, until he had me on hold and said, "well, I see replacements were issued and...well..you got a partial refund."  I was floored and pissed.  I and my daughter have wasted so much time and the time away from my own business cost me thousands of dollars.

1800Flowers needs to state on their page that the images will not be what you will receive.  I will never ever order from them again.  My mother deserved better, my daughter and granddaughter were completely failed and I, after desiring so much joy for the ones I love and adore, am shamed.  1800flowers, should lower their heads In shame.
