I placed the below order on Saturday and was charged $14.98 for shipping and it should have been $4.99. I called last evening and someone was supposed to return my call. I called again this morning and spoke with a supposed supervisor by the name of Shirley at approximately 10:37 a.m. She informed me that a refund could not be processed and she would have to send a message to the store making the delivery in order to even begin processing my request. That was a lie! They handle and monies and payments. She also gave me the number to their sister company Flowers LLC an mentioned Flowers LOT. I contacted Flowers LLC @ (800) 770-7404. The companies have the exact same message and recording system and are located in the same building feet apart. When I spoke with the Flowers LLC representative, Sarah, she had my order right in front of her and proceeded to tell me just as Shirley at Flowers Lot (1800Flowers), that I had the wrong number. ..... When I became irate, she suddenly had my information and would send an email to the shop for someone to contact me. That is a lie and they have pending litigation for similar actions. This is FRAUD! Below you will find my order information.

1800Flowers 1800Baskets Flowers LLC Overcharged for shipping and they refuse to refund me. I was told that I had the wrong number even though they had my order information. I was given the number to one of their subsidiaries by them and they told me again I had the wrong number while my account information and order request was in front of them. I was also told that they would forward my message to the "shop" and have someone return my call. That was lie! They have several complaints filed against them by customers who have been overcharged and are currently in litigation. Their attitude and practices have not changed. They are FRAUDS! New York New York
