Com seus vendedores bem preparados e amigaveis, conversando em castelhano, vendem os produtos recondicionados como se fossem novos.

Comprei um computador SONY VAIO como novo e me entregaram um recondicionado, eu queria testar na loja mas me informaram que: Como era um produto novo a bateria estava descarregada, precisaria abrir uma conta na microsoft e como demoraria muito tempo seria melhor fazer isso no hotel. Chegando ao hotel percebi a enganação, se tratava de um produto recondicionado e além de tudo com defeito. voltei pela manha do dia seguinte a loja e não quiseram trocar o produto de forma alguma, dizendo que eram uma loja SONY OUTLET  e só havia produto recondicionado. 

Essa informação somente é passada após a finalização da compra e não tem retorno, porque conforme está na nf. se trata de um produto recondicionado. 

Portanto cuiddo ao compar nessa loja, vai levar um produto usado como novo.
