Run from this company!  The services offered are poor and overpriced. It is extremely hard to navigate and create a website.  At every turn there is a need for an upgrade (more money) to make your website look and work properly.  Good luck in obtaining someone that you can understand through broken English at the technical support desk. 

They spend a lot of money on advertising. And go through great lengths to NOT cancel the account.  After I logged into my account and followed steps to cancel, I was told to call a number, at that number I was told to go to a specific web address to cancel again.  At that web address, I followed the instructions received confirmation and was told to call a number to confirm (AGAIN).   I called but surprise all operators were busy.  They never cancelled it, charged my credit card again and even admitted that they received the cancellation but because I did not activate the cancellation.  No action was taken.  Except to keep charging my credit card.  THIS IS outrageous!  Unprofessional! Absolutely unethical!
