1and1.com 1and1 Internet Fraudulent Credit Card transactions Internet

I ordered a simple hosting package from them. After trying their hosting fow a couple of days and asking support a few questions, I realized their support was terrible. This is whe I looked into this company ( I know I should have looked into them first). I found many people complaining of a lack of support and being billed for accounts after being canceled. I called them and spoke to someone in their cancelation department (866-258-5616) who walked me through their cancelation process on their seperate cancelation website. I received their cancelation confirmation email right away and asked for a refund since it was within the trial period. I was told it would take a while for the refund to go through. A month later I am billed and charged for the account over the weekend. When I call them about it I am told by their support that the account is active thats why I was billed. THey did not seem to care that I had the cancelation email from them. PLEASE PEOPLE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES! DO NOT USE WWW.1AND1.COM!
