1and1.com all trying to seal my money and get a interest free loan checterbrook, Pennsylvania

I had a domain with 1and1.com i canceled it about 6 months ago. it comes time to renew it and i get a bill. i call them that day and they cant tell me why i got a bill for a domain i canceled and that i wouldnt be billed for it. the next day i got billed for it. i call and complain and they said it would take 2 weeks to get my money back. i think they did it on purpose and wanted me to not knotice that they billed me for a domain i dont own or if they have to give me my money back they get a 2 week interest loan. the manager of the billing department also lied and said he hung up on me because i cussed at him. he is a liar. i never cussed at him or on the phone with him. he also wouldnt give me to his boss. i called the sales person and he did give me to his boss. he didnt care about what had happen either. he said he would check into the employee lyeeing, i doubt it. i will be moving my domains as the come up for renewal. stay away from them.
