Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

These folks are the worst web host (or online company) I've experienced in 20 years of buying hosting products.  They use marketing tricks to get your business, then increase the price for renewal time and make it next to impossible to cancel their services.  I just finished my one year contract with and finally, finally was able to cancel my account (you have to call their 1-800 and talk with a person to cancel or they keep billing you or renew your contract).  Initially I bought into their service because they promised $8 domain transfers (one additional year included) but found when I signed up for the year contract only 1 domain was available at that price;  the others were $13.  

My independent analysis software consistently reported site down times, slow DNS and other server errors. I tried to contact customer service and they actually said, "if you don't like it then cancel."  I couldn't believe it, they were so rude.  I was past my one month trial at that point (wishing I had canceled), then I got a notice of future renewal domain pricing increase of $4 per domain should one of my domains need renewed.  I wrote customer service again and this time they said "everyone else if increasing their fees, we are too."  That's literally all the email said, no salutation, nothing. Low domain fees were what attracted me to them.

I immediately transferred all my domains to another host because I was so upset with their rude customer service.  I kept my account because I'd already paid for it, but considered it a complete loss - I've been very happy with my new host, and for domains.

It took about an hour online and another half hour waiting on hold to cancel the service with becasue they'll keep renewing your contract if you don't call them, and/or send you to a credit collector.  First you have to cancel within you account, each and every service, domain, etc., the you have a limited time to call their 1-800.  What a sham.  This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, period - stay away!!!
