This is the business I am reporting above. 

1st American Leasing is saying that they are a equipment leasing company. They really are Professional Swindlers Company. If you ever see sales people come in and talk to you about this company, leave immediately or call the police.  Let me tell you why.

 I have a retail business. 1st American Leasing sent sales people in to give big promise and lie to me and tried to get my signature. They had me signed a piece of agreement which take days to read. They all seemed like honest people with very dark inside, they lied to me. What they need from me is the signature. Then they never do the things they promised. They would never let you cancel the service. If I refuse to pay them, they would send me to colletion agency. 

1st American Leasing, Private Client Services and Capital Bankcard are working together. Private Client Services will send people in to lie to you. Once they have your signature, you have troubles  with 2 companies. One is 1st American Leasing, the other is Capital Bankcard. Then you call Private Client Services, they will never return your phone call or email. The services they promised me(best rate, POS equipment, buy out from my current merchant provider), they never did. Then if you want to cancel service with Capital Bankcard, they would try their best to delay the process. So that they can get more monthly fee from you. Plus, they will charge you cancelation fee. One example, I called and told them to cancel the service, they would ask me to contact Private Client Service. They did several times. I had been waiting for month, never had response from Private Client Service. Eventually, they send me a link to send the cancelation inquiry. The link is under construction and will never work. They have planned for the everything. 

The guy name is Stephen Miel who works at 1st American Leasing. If you ever call him, you will notice, he is not trying to do business. He would talk to you rude. He doesn't care about you at all. He has your signature( non-cancelable). You will have to pay him anyway for a piece of 250 dollars device, at almost $100 a month for 5 years. If you refuse to pay, he would send threaten letters and send collection agency to get more from you. Yes, his job is to steal money from people.

If any of you can provide any help, I appreciate. The related business criminal department of the Government need to look into these 3 companies ASAP and get rid of these fraud business. They are hurting more and more small businesses.If any one can help, I would provide all the information I know to knock them down. And anyone who have the same experience and suffered from them, please get together and fight them.

The company who works with 1st American Leasing is Capital Bankcard and Strategix Limited Inc. Doing Business as Private Client Services, the in charge people is Sarah Searle President. These 3 company working together are stealing people's money.
