1st Capital Consumer ripped me off.
I was told that I could call and change the date of withdrawal.
I called Four days in a row and got voice mail.
I left messages that were never returned.

Then they billed me twice for 199.00 on 4/29/02 and again on 4/30/02.
Finally I got thought to a Matt on 5/8/02 he was very nasty
when I told him to cancel the mastercard and visa.
Then I talked to his Supervisor Bianca, I thought that
after I sent the package back as I was instructed that I
would recieve my refund.

Today is 9/8/02 and I have not recieved anything.
I am on disability and I want my money back.
1st capital consumer sucks.

I have placed my name on the No call list I can't afford
to be ripped off again..
