1st national card service called my house and offered my husband a great credit limit with a low interest rate. they told my husband that the card they offer is a visa card, and never stated to my husband that it was a catalog card so you can buy stuff off their web site and it is all stuff you can buy at the local wal-mart or lowe's store. my husband got the card and then i seen it and i told him it was not a a visa card it doesn't even have his name on it, no visa logo.... my husband gave them his bank info and they debted his account $149, then they sent the card. this pratice is illegal in the state of ohio and probably in many other states as well you need to contact your state attorney general's office and file a complaint with consumer affairs office this is what im doing. ihave also went to the bbb website for florida and they have had 62 complaints filed in a 36 month period thats alot. if you have been doopt by this company you need to do your homework on this company before you call them and let them know you are not going to back down and you want your full refund back, also when speaking to them use alot of legal words and let them know that you can do this the easy way or the hard way, remember these people are conartist this is what they do for a living.they may have lied to my husband but they are not and will not lie to me and they will not keep my $149. this company needs to be stoped...we need to let all our states know this company is doing this to us. if you have been doopt by this company please call me at 330-493-0048 because if we bring enough attenion to this they will be shut down.
