I applied for and credit card and they call me back saying what I need to do. I paid my back bill to get this card and it turn out to not be an credit card. I call them and stated this was not what I want and they stated no refund and send me an gift card that that I can not use and they will not answer there phone. I have all the paper work proving my case.
