I received an email from Lloyd Foster at 1st Payday Loans, Inc. saying that he had two new lenders that would lend money up to $10,000. There was an attachment for application. I filled it out faxed it in.
Immediately I received an email stating I was approved not pre-approved but approved for a loan of $5500. I was told that he would overnight the papers UPS to me but there was a "finder's fee" of $220 to receive the contract. I paid the fee and signed the contract and mailed it back. He continously told me that he had not received it and then when he did he would not answer the phone.
He will no longer answer the phone nor my email attempts. Please don't be taken in by Lloyd Foster at 1st Payday Loans, Inc. He lied to me from the beginning. This is definitely a ripoff.

PUT A FRAUD ALERT ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

If this person has your information, you are now very vunerable to identity theft. You need to also notify your bank if he has your account information and have them change your account number. Explain the situation and they will do this immediately. Don't wait!! This can turn into a living nightmare for you if your information is misused. I would also file a police report, and they, in turn will notify his local police. DO EVERYTHING you can to prevent problems.
