This guy is a complete fraud. I hired him to develop photo editing section for my website. He told me will be done in 1 week. Almost 1 year later system has not been finished as per original specifications. He also developed another website for me. I had paid him for 2 year hosting and he took website off line.
This guy is absolute fraud. neber ever use him

Hi Garry Britavsky t/as Fitness Central,
Don't forget all the facts in the matter.
- Work was completed as per requirements; then was asked to create a whole new design for no extra charge.
- Completed work was unpaid.
- Web hosting expired; offered an additional year at no extra charge.
- Web hosting was paid via PayPal then payment was withdrawn; website was subsequently suspended.
- Completed additional work which was charged at minimum 1 hour rate.
- Completed work was unpaid.
- Matter taken to Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunial (VCAT) where I have a Tribunial order that the respondent (Garry Britavsky t/as Fitness Central) must pay the applicant (1WebDesign) the total amounts owing.
- Garry Britavsky continues to ignore the Tribunial order.
Please don't use me if you aren't going to pay like Garry.
