2-10 United One Home Protection 2-10 Warranty a Rip Off, was told 30 degree weather is not cold enough Aurora Colorado

My husband and was awaken Sunday morning by the 30 degree temp and the heat completely out again, house is 3 years old. Called the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty/United One Home Protection Corporation to only speak to a NASTY employee (Tenesha), this nasty girl really needs to go back to training, she has just caused this company a contract and more to follow once I inform my friends and everyone else how the WARRANTY just isn't ANY good. This Tenesha told my husband and myself over the phone once she corrected me from saying it was 29 degrees to it being 30 degrees, the weather is not cold enough to warrant a rush.

Remind you we live in South Carolina where the weather is usually ok. We paid this wack company $348.00 FOR NOTHING, I will be contacting different agencies to report this company and in the mean time we will go with USAA the best all around company the World has to offer. We use them for our car and health insurance along with all our finances, now it is time to add our beautiful home. USAA takes care of there customers unlike this (BS) company 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty/United One HOme Protection Corp.

One more thing I called a company direct myself on this Sunday morning who will be out in to the house today, the company expressed how cold it is today, unlike the warranty company who thinks 30 degrees is NOT cold. This is a BS corporatioin along with its employees. USAA will never let us down because they care about there reputation and customers.
