This company contacted me stating they are loan modification company. They requested bank statements social security numbers.Income tax returns yet I had no physical address for this fly by night company.Upon calling the better business bureau they informed us that 2 apply started this company in 2012 and they lacked experience to say they are specialist also they are not licensed. That is a huge red flag! By thst time Louis Espinosa if that is his real name..already had pressured my husband to send bank account monthly statements and IRS  tax returns. So he he has social security numbers Dob and address..The better business Bureau listed this sham of a company at a (F) rating. When I decided I did not want to proceed this this portable internet company, They became abusive yelling aggressive and unwilling to cooperate with us to return our documents we called 25 times each time the Receptonist refused to send the paper work back citing she did not have the money for postage. I Offered to send a self addressed envelope complete with postage. Ronnah Saleib the receptonist became arrogant again she began to threaten me that  she would call the police on me for calling requesting my paperwork?  Does that make sense? Does that sound like a legitimate company that is professional? I don't think so.

After all the attempts That were made proved futile we then called Tustin policemgave tgem the phone number it did not  list the company. Also  the address on the web site does not exist. It is only a postal mail box.She offered to ghost o to the location of 2 apply but they do not have a legitimate physical address that uou can go to, with The hopes of meeting in person with a professional loan modification counselor. Avoid this company like the plague. They s re running a scam...I have filed reports with consumer finance protection they will investigate. Oh btw they now have blocked my number from calling them.I still do not have my paper work sent. Also Ronnah said they have aprofessional paperbwork shredder that they use and that is all she is going to do.Excuse me, I am the owner of my paperwork my bank acv ount statement my Irs return I want it returned they do mot have the right to hold my paperwork hostage. They no physical address They are not listed in infirmation and thebonlt address listef in Tustin California is a post office box.Stay Away far Away they are professional  scammers, give this company no personal information.
