Darcy Phillips came out and gave me a written estimate to have some work done on my yard, I accepted the contract with the written and signed document saying it would not exceed $500.00

So two weeks pass and Iget a invoice by email that was poorly written and not descrpitve. She ended up charging me by the HOUR and per PERSON she had working on my property I never agreed to these terms needless to say she wrote that they put in a total of 10 hours of work charging me $28 per hour per person a the total invoice came out to $2800 I refuse to pay this she runs a scam business and must thrive on ripping off in suspecting people also she is the most in professional person I ever hired she reamed of alcohol and appeared to stagger around her crew did MINIMAL amount of work at best and I found it disturbing the way she yelled at them. The other thing that bothered me was that before she began working they walked around my property talking for close to a hour of which I was charged for again I refuse to pay this person and I strongly don't recommend this person her makeshift landscaping company is a liability at best and there is a ton of better professional companies out there a summary she's a theif , drunk,and a scammer keep your distance from this one.
