Recommend getting your eye exam here but NEVER EVER your glasses.

This staff will lead you up the GARDEN PATH. One staff member will tell you one thing (EVEN WITH WITNESSES PRESENT) when you order your glasses and tell you something totally different later on.

This company will not do a true price match against a competitor SO BEWARE. The doctor offered it. Then it came time to order from a staffer it was not so. They would not fill the prescription as written at the same price. The prescription called for polycarbonate lenses. A competitor just across the street offered $180.00 period with the very same material. 20/20 wanted $60.00 more because of polycarbonate. I should have walked out then and there and went back across the street.

The staffer claimed (2) weeks to process the prescription. I called back just before time to see if
they were in. They claimed there was a problem in the coating lab and it would take another week. I call back a week later and they say the lenses are not back yet. The male employee that answered the phone said they got their mail by FED-EX. He checked the tracking number and claimed it had been shipped to them Thursday (June 2, 2011) and should be in then FED-EX delivered to them Tuesday (June 7, 2010). He even added himself FED-EX normally got to them between the hours 11am 4pm.

 I go to get the glasses Tuesday afternoon and am told by the very same female that took my prescription the lenses are still in the coating lab. IF YOU DO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY DEMAND THE TRACKING NUMBER!

 It's not really the all delays that has me pissed off but all the TELL THEM ON THING ONE MINUTE AND SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT THE VERY NEXT.

 The female staffer even claimed she had told me 4 weeks. Even then the witnesses and myself all heard (2) weeks.

 If I had been told truly then ordering it could have taken a MONTH might have just walked.

All told another two days will be a FULL MONTH!!!

It's gotten so bad I've taken to calling them on Speaker-Phone with witnesses present and a
Micro-Recorder archiving the conversations.

Then I last called today and asked about being told by a male answering the phone of the FED-EX tracking info the female that last I spoke to claimed all the people working there were female. The doctor working there is a male, so is another doctor working there.

What she doesn't know her statement WAS RECORDED on tape. If I don't get some true answers soon I will play the tape back for the doctor.
