This guy is an ebay seller and sales a lot stuffs on ebay. I am a student on cinematography and i have been working very hard to rase money to buy a camera for my project. As every buyer online i tried to look for a cheaper 4k camera ( Panasonic GH4 ) and i happened to meet this guy. I tried to bid on the price and he immediately told me, if I want it cheaper I should buy directly from him and at the same time sent me a link that will permit me to make the payment which is paypal. Knowing that paypal has a money back grantee i went ahead with the transaction. Camera cost $900 including the reduction and i told him i don’t have the complete amount so he said you can make partial payments.  i sent what i got  and told him i will make the rest of the payment latter. So i paid $500 + $120 + $100 making a total of $720. After some couple of months i still could not raze the rest of the money so i requested help from my friend, a brother in the US who accepted to complete the payment so the seller could ship the camera over to me. When i told him i will be making the payment he said i have to pay $260 radar than $180 because there have been an increas on exchange rate from Dollars to Yen. So my friend made the payment and subsequently he stop responding to my mails. I tried calling his number he will not pic up the phone, sent mails but nothing. So I opened a case on paypal. This guy have been doing online business and knows how paypal works. Paypal requested shipping prove that is, tracking for the package to me and he provided a fake one. I called Paypal and they told me they know its fake because they have verified. Since the payment was done in 4, that is three payments from me of USD 500+120+100, three different case where opened for the same reason. On my surprise paypal refunded 120+100USD and credited the buyer with 500USD. This is something I can’t still understand. all the payments where done on the same date and they have completely refuse to refund me. This is promoting scam. They have the payment information and he never sent me this camera, how can they pay him this money??? Well he knew that and he just played with me and took the money.
