newly divorced wanted a home of my own so i would not have to start over again. i took my retirement and put ten thousand dollars down and they are charging me 12.9 interest. i got behind last year 2 months and they are the rudest, uncaring people i have ever had to deal with. and all they do is yell at you and belittle you. i do recommend this company ay all. i tried to modify my loan at one month behind now and they will not give me a statement of payments until i make my payment.

You noted you can't afford the payment...what do you expect them to do? You didn't really think this through, did you? Sorry for your difficulties, but looks like they did nothing wrong....they just want you to pay the amount you agreed to, on time, every time.
