I went to 24-7 intouch staffing for an evaluation and an interview for a job advertised on Indeed.com.

After my tests were completed in typing speed, grammar and performance, I was taken into a room with an interviewer.  She told me that I did not qualify for the position advertised with Netflix because I did not score high enough on my testing.  However, I scored 80% on typing, 80% on grammar and a 95% on performance.  I was then offered a job that paid almost half of the position with Netflix ($8.00/hour).

I mentioned to the interviewer that I felt my scores were above average and my education and job experience was also outstanding.  It was my feeling that I was discriminated because I am an older employee and apparently they were looking for a younger employee and decided to insult me!

24-7 intouch seems to be "out of touch" with reality and respect for applicants!
