24 Hour Fitness Ripoff Stole Money Wouldnt let me use the gym Las Vegas Nevada

I got a membership with 24 Hour Fitness about 4-5 months ago. I went into the gym for the first time after paying for the membership, went up to the front desk to check in, and after 15 minutes of back and forth of "you're not in our system" "but i paid for this, why am i not?". I gave up and went home. 

After about two weeks I got the motivaton to get up and go to the gym. This time a different one. This one once again, did the same thing saying, "Sorry ma'am your not in our system" I gave them my phone number, ID, and any other info, but they would not let me use their gym. Frustrated, I went home and called their corporate store. The corporate store had all my info in their system, and had all of the charges for now two months in their system and said that I should be able to use the gym.

(Im not one to work out a lot, I got the gym membership to try and motivate me, but this has been stupid so far) So two weeks later I decided to go back in (Im living in an rv to travel, so using the gyms showers was an easy fix to me and my boyfriends new situation) I go up to the front desk to check in, hoping, finally, that this will work. ONCE AGAIN, I am denied entry to the gym. I go home FURIOUS and the next day call the corporate office. I tell them that this has been 3 months of getting charged $30 (and just before I closed my account i got a lovely "annual fee" of $40, only 3 months after opening the account) and I want a refund and to cancel my membership due to leaving town to travel. They say they cant refund the money, because they can see my membership in THEIR accounts. but yet, 3-4 times in 2 different gyms, have they denied me entry. 

Just watch out for this gym. They dont seem to care too much about the person that is giving them money, just about getting it.
