I purchased 2100 wristbands from 24hourwristbands.com only to find out they messed up the printing of my message on the band.  It was not centered, and in a tiny font that you could not read.  I called them at least 6 times (on hold 15-45 minutes each call) for them to say they are working on the problem and never to hear back.  

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced.  This company could not care less about their customers.  Specifics aren't needed in this report, just beware of this company.  

You have been warned.

We will do whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of and would also like to get some detailed feed back regarding your order so we can pinpoint how this occurred. Sometimes we may face unexpected high call volume and we are trying our best to expand our phone system to handle more service/sales calls.
