24 Hr. Fitness, Summerland\89134 Manager: Scott\etcNight Manager: Mike\etc Filed false police report, to cancel VIP-Room; alleged I was asleep in VIP-Room Summerland\Las Vegas Nevada

Manager tryed to charge me double for "VIP-Room;" moreover, alleged I fell aslep in the VIP-Room; whereas, I was working on my computer, Mike, the night manager, walked in the VIP-Room and falsely alleged I was asleep; thereafter, without indicating I must leave, he called police and reported I was trespassing, when police arived, they said I should leave for the night, @3:AM.  Thereafter, Scott, the Manager, placed a notice upon the computer, for all 24 Hr. Fitness, not to let me enter.  My membership is paid via Healthcare, Silver Sneakers; however, the VIP-Room is paid by my personal bank. 

I had warned Scott that each night mike came into the VIP-Room, alleging that I've been sleeping, each day Scott clamed he will speak to Mike, regarding his herasment acts.  Although the allegations of falling asleep is untrue, I was told previously that naping in the VIP-Room was ok, because the room is a privite-room for VIP-Members and, there isn't a policy of fallen asleep; however, Scott, at one time, allegeed the sleeping matter was of his own personal policy; whereas, each time I meditate, and my eyes are closd, it's interputed that I am sleeping, yet not true.
