WARNING!!!!

This company has even now gone to the extent of THREATENING me and my girlfriend.

Actual phone call threats and now harassment. Yes! Actual threats to "Not F#&% with them and they are coming to see me NOW".
All of this right after I asked through email:
For the owner to call me, to let me know they would not do this to others & an apology.
I denied buying them all brand new material for the boxes used that they asked.

The very next morning I got this call & me and my gf have since had late night harassment calls.

I can't even believe it.
I had to make a police report and put cameras up at my 3 properties.

They defrauded my mother and girlfriend out of $635 dollars by wrapping items we told them NOT to do without our permission.
They charged us some $95 and $75 fees to wrap things that were not even worth $50!

This was after my gf told them to NOT wrap anything without her approval. If she did not stop them at the hour mark (yes $635 charge in less than an hour about) they would have kept on wrapping pointless items up.
Did I also mention that they were using OUR OWN PACKING material in these items they charged us on? Yes.

Not only were they almost an hour late but they were very unhelpful when the problems came about.

I contacted company and got the run around with 4 different people.

I then told them I will not pay those fees and they basically held our items to not deliver without the $1232 payment.

It was the $635 that I was not going to pay for. I am very much about even exchange and told them this. I just cant pay for fraudulent charges.

I was forced to pay but I stopped them after this last delivery since we had another entire house to move. They obviously did not move it after this.

I contacted the company and I was promised a resolution.

They wanted to give me $200 back and treated me horribly on the phone.

I told them I do not want their $200 out of the $635 they took from us and that I will make sure people know what they have done to us. I wanted to sure that poor old ladies and other victims will not be scammed again.
If I could speak to the owner that could even help me out.

I then had a "Spokesman" call me days later from an unavailable number. Because he does these things for the Owner he said.
He didn't even work for 24moving.com. Weird to say the least.

We talked about fair exchange & I told him to me it was important to know that this would not happen to others.
I told him if I had to, I was going to do an educational campaign online.
They obviously did not want this and I was MORE than willing to not do anything if they did the right thing.

He said I would get my $635 back if I returned the used wrapping. I let him know I had already thrown a way a bunch of it and he said fine. He was supposed to send an email with the agreement we made.

LAST EMAIL BACK FROM THEM:
I did not hear anything from the "Spokesman" until I had Jeremy from 24moving send me an email on 3/21/16

They had stipulations that I could not do an educational campaign online, that I cancel all negative reviews online and not go forth with the domain names I now purchased.

I was fully ok with it all and I was willing to NOT do any type of education campaign or even putting negative reviews up. But the following things made me deny their request in email:
-No owner was willing to call me, nothing
-They now wanted brand new material after the "Spokesman" on the phone said to return the used material I had left, which I agreed upon
-They were making all kinds of demands and not even a mention about that they are sorry or that this would not happen to others (As there can be bad apples in any company)

IN MY VERY NEXT EMAIL:
I denied their request and told them I will not buy them new material as that was not our agreement and neither do I want to visit their location, as they seem pretty hostile as is.

I now just wanted to owner to call me to talk to me about this incident, apologize & let me know this will not happen again to others. I wanted to be VERY civil and even mentioned it.

I told them if we can do that we are good to go and I will not go forth with anything negative against their company.

THE THREATENING CALL:
The VERY next morning, 3/22/16, after I denied their request I got the threatening phone call!
Threatening call from a not very good English speaker: "Jonathan?
Do not F#&% with me. I am coming to see you NOW".
Right after this call that the same person called my girlfriend!

And now, both me and my girlfriend, are getting late night harassment calls from unavailable numbers!
We have made a coupe police reports with the Broward Sheriffs Department.

Imagine... all of this for us asking for an apology call from owner and our $635 back?

Threats will not silence us but only make the community around us roar.
